If you are anything like me you know fitness makes you happy, you feel good when you have a consistent routine that keeps your mind engaged and your body active but sometimes getting started is the biggest hurdle. I have been to those hard places, the ones that shut you down and knock you out and it can be difficult to get back on track. I do not offer any cheats, no quick fixes, and certainly no short cuts. Everything you will find here is the result of genuine hard work, dedication, and a deep rooted passion for fitness as a lifestyle. This site is my way of offering an honest and open approach foremost to health, feeling your best, and then to fitness and finding your strength.
